Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Florida. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive operational efficiency. Dedication to providing compassionate care and improving the quality of life for residents. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
